Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae announced that they will increase the conforming loan limit to $424,100 from the previous $417,000. This is it the first increase in the conforming loan limit since 2006. 

The super conforming high balance loan limits went up as well. San Diego Counties new high balance loan limit is $612,950.
